Commercial work is won in the planning. For this apartment community, our crew protected an active common room, repaired worn surfaces, and carried one coordinated finish system across walls, trim, doors, and cabinetry.

Warm white walls opened the room, crisp trim unified the irregular perimeter, and deep olive cabinetry gave the kitchenette a memorable anchor.
The work behind the reveal
Flooring, windows, fixtures, and built-ins were isolated before finish work began, keeping the active property protected while the crew moved through the space.
Scuffs, holes, and worn surfaces were patched and blended so the finish would read as one clean, continuous room instead of a collection of quick touch-ups.

Across the shared room, repair-heavy gray walls and exposed base lines were patched and refinished in crisp white, then completed with clean window casings, continuous baseboards, and coordinated trim for a brighter, quieter amenity.
Gray cabinetry was transformed with a deep olive finish, black hardware, and a black sink-and-faucet package.
